Mohammed Ismail
Chief Executive Officer
Mohammed began his professional career in 2012 with Al-Rukaz Office for Zakat and Tax Consultancy, one of the leading offices in the field of zakat and taxation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During this time, he gained practical experience by contributing to services related to the implementation of Value Added Tax (VAT) for companies and institutions, zakat services, income tax, and providing consultancy in these areas.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Misr University for Science and Technology and is also a Certified Finance Manager Fellow. He has attended numerous internal and external training courses, conferences, and workshops in taxation, zakat, and accounting in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Ahmed Ismail
Partner, Advisor, and Technical Director
Mr. Ahmed graduated from the University of Khartoum with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and joined KPMG, one of the largest global auditing firms, at their offices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He progressed at KPMG to the position of Manager and gained extensive experience in auditing, zakat, and tax services, including preparing zakat and tax returns and providing tax and zakat consultancy to both local and international clients across various commercial, industrial, banking, insurance, tourism, and service sectors.
Mr. Ahmed attended numerous training courses held by KPMG both inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, covering the Middle East and global scope, as per company standards.
He later joined Al-Rukaz Tax Consultancy (an Andersen member firm) as a founder, advisor, and technical director, representing a significant asset to the company and its clients due to his extensive technical expertise in zakat and taxation. This ensures the delivery of high-quality, value-added zakat and tax services to clients in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
Khaled Al-Harbi
Certified Accountant
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with honors and is a fellow of the Saudi Organization for Chartered Accountants. He also holds an Accounting Technician Certificate and has experience in auditing, accounting, and zakat. Khaled serves as the certified accountant for nearly 300 companies and institutions.
He is registered as an expert on the “Khibra” platform and has experience in reports prepared according to Standard 4400 (Agreed-Upon Procedures Engagements) and Standard 4410 (Related Services).
